Our practice membership plan for Children

For children aged 5-18 parents have the option to join our ‘Nurture’ plan.

We spend time getting to know your child whilst establishing healthy habits to develop their life-lasting smiles. Our dentists check their teeth twice a year & take any necessary x-rays.

Extra reassurance is provided by the comprehensive emergency & accident protection cover in case your child has sudden dental pain outside normal surgery hours.

Our Nurture for Children plan (5-18 years) includes:

• 25% reduction in our adult fees for general dental treatments
• Two routine dental health assessments a year with your dentist + x-rays as needed
• Children over 11 years visit our hygienist once a year
• Protective FISSURE SEALING of new adult molars as needed
• Strengthening FLOURIDE VARNISH on adult teeth at dental health assessments

Please call us immediately if your child has accidentally damaged his/her teeth:

• 24 hour dental emergency helpline +Worldwide dental accident & emergency care
• Complimentary antibiotics as needed
• Discounted sports mouth guards. Your dentist will check your mouth guard fits properly
• 25% reduction in fees for any necessary dental treatment

Our practice membership plan is called Clear Plan

Our practice membership plan is a way of helping you budget by spreading the costs of your regular dental examinations and your hygienist visits over the year. The costs have been set up so that you will pay less than you would if you were a “pay as you go” patient, but there are other great benefits as well.

Included with our practice membership:

• All your dental assessment visits (as prescribed by the dentist)
• All your hygiene maintenance visits (as prescribed by the dentist and hygienist)
• 10% off teeth whitening
• All clinically necessary x rays included at no extra cost (usually £34.50 each)
• Emergency visits are included at no extra cost (usually £195)
• 10% preferential reduction in fees for all necessary dental treatments (excluding cosmetics)
• Global Dental A&E Assistance Scheme
• Emergency dental treatment when you are away from your own dentist
• Hospital cash benefit
• Overseas emergency dental treatment
• Mouth cancer cover

Not-Included with our practice membership:

• Any other dental treatments

We truly feel that this is the best way that we can look after our patients. Your dentist will assess the health of your mouth at your first visit and put you into a fee band based on how often you need to visit us to maintain the health of your teeth and gums.

Your dentist will decide which level of our plan would be most beneficial to you, based on your oral health and, therefore how frequently you should be seen by the dentist and hygiene therapist to maintain and, if necessary improve this.

Our adult plans start from £22.90 per month

• 2 x Dental Health Assessments with your dentists £115 x 2 = £230
• 2 x Hygiene Maintenance visits with your hygienist £115 x 2 = £230

Clear Plan ‘B’

• Monthly payment by direct debit of £30.04

TOTAL COSTS- £360.48

A minimum saving of almost £100 over the year.

Most patients would require at least 1 x ray per year so that’s an annual saving of £134!
